Comprehensive knee arthroscopy and ACL workshops continued through 2024, offering orthopaedic trainees and consultants hands-on learning in primary ACL reconstruction, secondary restraints including the posterolateral corner, and graft selection. Workshop formats combine theoretical sessions with cadaver laboratory components, enabling participants to practice tunnel placement, graft fixation, and rehabilitation principles. Topics covered include meniscal repair techniques (inside-out and all-inside), partial versus subtotal meniscectomy, patellofemoral disorder realignment, and cartilage defect management including microfracture and OATS. Sports medicine and knee surgeons benefit from the combined theory and practical skills approach. These workshops align with updated AAOS clinical practice guidelines and reflect current evidence on autograft preference and rehabilitation protocols. Institutions worldwide have hosted similar programmes to build surgical competency in arthroscopic knee surgery.
